Project Title: “STEP BY STEP TO OPPORTUNITY”
SUMMARY
The training course aims to give competencies and tools to youth workers, to assist disadvantaged young people in realizing the initiatives, gain the self-confidence and employability through organising quality youth exchange project under Erasmus + youth in action program.
The training course will promote youth exchanges and Erasmus + in general and focus on giving the youth workers opportunities to improve the quality of their work and by doing this, increase the chances for young people to successfully plan and implement their first international project.
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
- Youth worker/leader
- Active member or actively involved in NGO affairs
- Capable to be involved in project writing process and work on new application form
OBJECTIVES
- To provide information about the Erasmus + Programme in the field of youth and especially Key Action 1- Youth exchanges.
- • To equip youth workers with the necessary skills, knowledge, tools to empower young people to organize an international Youth Exchange within the Erasmus + programme.
- • To develop the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude to organise a successful youth exchange with a special focus on youth participation/migration.
• To bring together people working with youngsters in order to create new project ideas of youth exchanges within Key Action 1 of the Erasmus + Programme.
