Tackling with Classroom Diversity & Early School Leaving: strategies, policies and measures
The 6-day training course will focus on early school leaving (ESL) reasons and consequences, existing strategies, policies and measures to combat ESL as well as support teachers and student learning. During the training, emphasis will also be given to the involvement of all stakeholders – pupils, school, teachers, parents and local communities in order to create systemic whole school approach. Furthermore, the course will provide practical tools and methods that can help participants to expand their professional and personals communications. The 8-day training course will get the participants familiar with experiential techniques and methodology in the frame of non formal education in order to be able to recognize negative stereotypes, to help the multicultural class to include the “new” students, to organize and implement activities and workshops to help the students overcome their differentialities. In addition they will practice methodologies as mentoring and advocacy in order to be able to address problems of hate speech, discrimination, racism or exclusion inside and outside the class and mentoring techniques in order to be able to help, guide and support the families.
Innovative learning approaches ICT for Ensuring Access to Education to all
The 8-day training course will get the participants familiar with experiential techniques and methodology in the frame of non formal education in order to be able to recognize negative stereotypes, to help the class to include the “new” students, to organize and implement activities and workshops to help the students overcome their differentialities. The training course targets teachers and educators aiming development of their personal and social skills along with self-awareness regarding (dealing with) discrimination in everyday life, their work and their societies. The main theme of the training will be focused on raising awareness of the realities, possibilities and new tools for more inclusive society in the anti-discrimination projects with marginalized groups, against social exclusion. In addition they will practice methodologies as mentoring and advocacy in order to be able to address problems of hate speech, discrimination, racism or exclusion inside and outside the class and mentoring techniques in order to be able to help, guide and support the families.
Photography as a stimulus for social/articistc action
The 7-day training course will get the participants familiar with experiential techniques and methodology in the frame that the arts of photography and theater was never separated from the social context, and that everyone can be expressed through them having as basis the socio-political and cultural references.
Art as a tool for innovative education against racism, fanatism, radicalization, xenophobia and Islaomphobia
The 7-day training course can be a valuable tool that can act as a pillar of knowledge exchange, as a mean of improving skills and competences and ultimately lead participants to adopt a positive attitude towards prevention against the phenomena of racism, fanaticism, radicalization, xenophobia and Islamophobia. Key element of this project will be education-awareness of new front lines to recognize the diverse and diverse forms of phenomena to prevent and mitigate phenomena through early intervention in their process of development. Participants will get familiar with experiential techniques and methodology in the frame of non formal education in order to be able to recognize negative stereotypes, to engage participants, building on group experiential activities that have as a rule respect for and gender equality, while examining separately the key elements of the phenomena. In addition they will deepen on all aspects of the problems faced by young people and lead to trends in fanaticism, extremism and radicalization, including workshops, speeches, case studies, simulation games, brainstorming etc.

The 8-day training course will provide all the necessary information and skills to create a more digital school-classroom. It will include a thematic learning hackathon which will combine lean start-up training with team-building for students and will try to foster the conditions for young students to flourish. It will create a dynamic learning environment by having a training rationale that will focus on quickly testing hypotheses, gathering early and frequent feedback, and developing “minimum viable products”. Thus, the training will place strong emphasis on learning-by-doing and will promote action learning rather than passive listening. Participants will become part of a team, and then will form an idea/prototype.
